15 IAS and JKAS Officers Transferred in Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Named New Div Com – Check Full List Here

The government of Jammu and Kashmir has made significant changes to its administrative personnel with the transfer and posting of 15 officers. The move is aimed at improving the administration efficiency and is effective immediately.

Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, an IAS officer and Commissioner/Secretary to the Government in the Revenue Department, has been transferred and appointed as the Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir. Meanwhile, Dheeraj Gupta, IAS, who was serving as the Principal Secretary to the Government in the Housing and Urban Development Department, has been transferred and posted as the Principal Secretary to the Government in the Department of Forest, Ecology, and Environment.

H. Rajesh Prasad, IAS, who was serving as the Principal Secretary to the Government in the Power Development Department, will also hold the charge of the Principal Secretary to the Government in the Housing and Urban Development Department until further notice. Sanjeev Verma, IAS, who was serving as the Commissioner/Secretary to the Government in the Department of Forest, Ecology, and Environment, has been transferred and posted as the Commissioner/Secretary to the Government in the General Administration Department.

Sarmad Hafeez, IAS, the Secretary to the Government in the Tourism Department, has been transferred and posted as the Secretary to the Government in the Youth Services and Sports Department on a full-time basis. Dr. Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, IAS, the Special Secretary to the Government in the Finance Department, has been transferred and posted as the Administrative Secretary in the Culture Department.

Dr. Piyush Singla, IAS, the Administrative Secretary in the General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as the Administrative Secretary in the Revenue Department. Rakesh Minhas, IAS, who was waiting for adjustment orders in the General Administration Department, has been posted as the Managing Director of SIDCO and will also hold the charge of the Managing Director of SICOP until further notice. Raman Kumar Kesar, JKAS, the Managing Director of SIDCO, has been transferred and posted as the Secretary in the Power Development Department.

Deepika Kumari Sharma, JKAS, the Chief Operating Officer of Himayat, has been transferred and posted as the Secretary in the Jal Shakti Department. She will also hold the charge of the Executive Director of Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society until further notice. Dr. Ghulam Nabi Itoo, JKAS, the Special Secretary to the Government in the Jal Shakti Department, has been transferred and posted as the Mission Director of Jal Jeevan Mission.

Shabir Hussain Bhat, JKAS, the Special Secretary to the Government in the General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as the Director of Rural Development in Kashmir. Imam Din, JKAS, the Director of Rural Development in Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as the Managing Director of J&K Horticulture, Produce, Marketing, and Processing Corporation. Rajneesh Gupta, JKAS, the Additional Secretary to the Government in the Jal Shakti Department, has been transferred and posted as the Chief Operating Officer of Himayat.

Shafat Sultan, the Managing Director of J&K Horticulture, Produce, Marketing, and Processing Corporation, has been transferred and will await further adjustment orders for further posting. Amit Vermani, JKAS, the Member of J&K Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as the Additional Secretary to the Government in the General Administration Department.

These changes in administrative personnel are expected to bring about a positive impact in the administration and functioning of the government of Jammu and Kashmir.
