The government of Jammu and Kashmir has announced the retirement of members of the Jammu and Kashmir Rural Development (Subordinate) Service based on the provisions outlined in Article 285-(a) (1) of the Jammu & Kashmir Civil Services Rules, 1956, for the years 2023 and 2024.
The specific dates for each individual’s retirement are listed in the notification.
The notification states that the retirement of these members will occur upon reaching the age of superannuation, and the retirements will take place in the afternoon of the specified date for each individual. The notification also specifies that this is in accordance with the rules outlined in the Jammu & Kashmir Civil Services Rules, 1956.
