JKBOSE: Unfair Means Notification Released For Kashmir Division 2023

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued a notification for all concerned candidates of the Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) Examination Session Annual Regular 2023. The notification states that candidates who have been accused of using unfair means or misconduct during the exams are offered an opportunity to present themselves before the Unfair Means (UFM) Committee.

The candidates, along with their admit cards, are required to appear for scrutiny and disposal of their case on May 20th and May 22nd, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. The UFM Committee will be conducting these proceedings in the Office Chamber of the Joint Secretary Secrecy/UFM Kashmir Division located in the New Campus, Bemina, Srinagar.

It is important to note that if any candidate fails to appear before the committee on the scheduled dates, their case will be decided based on the available records and evidence. No further claims or appeals will be entertained in this regard.
