The Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) has announced the final selection list of candidates for various posts including Junior Assistant, Cashier, Clerk, Store Attendant, Cadrex Clerk, Computer-cum-Junior Assistant, and Welfare Organizer. The recruitment for these posts was advertised through Notification No.04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, No.05 of 2020 dated 24.12.2020, No.06 of 2020 dated 29.12.2020 & No.07 of 2020 dated 31.12.2020, Notification No.01 of 2021 dated 03.02.2021, No.02 of 2021 dated 26.03.2021 & No.03 of 2021 dated 04.06.2021.

The selection process for these posts included a written examination, followed by document verification and a skill test. The final selection list has been prepared based on the merit of the candidates in the written examination and the skill test. The selection list is available on the official website of the JKSSB.

Candidates who have been selected for these posts will be posted in various departments under the Union Territory (UT) Cadre, Divisional Cadres, and various District Cadres. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 329 vacancies.

The JKSSB has also provided a waiting list of candidates for each category and district, who may be considered for appointment in case any of the selected candidates decline the offer or are found ineligible during the document verification process.

The JKSSB has advised the selected candidates to keep their documents ready for verification and follow the instructions provided by the Board. Any discrepancy found in the documents during the verification process may lead to the cancellation of the candidature.
