Kashmir Braces for Light to Moderate Rain and Snow as Western Disturbance Approaches

North Kashmir’s higher reaches are expected to receive snow showers, beginning at around 11 p.m. By tomorrow morning, most parts of Kashmir will have experienced rain and snow. There is also a possibility of snowfall in the plains.
The weather is expected to improve from tomorrow afternoon, with only a few places continuing to receive light rain and snow showers, mainly in the higher reaches of North Kashmir.
Another Western Disturbance is expected to impact the region from February 9th, causing further precipitation. Residents of Kashmir are advised to stay updated on the latest weather forecasts and take necessary precautions.
