Bharti Airtel Increases Validity of a Plan
Bharti Airtel, a leading Indian telecom operator, has recently increased the validity of its plan. Despite being overshadowed by the news of Airtel increasing base tariffs for customers, the updated plan now packs more value for its users. The plan has been extended from a 28-day validity to a 1-month validity, with no change to its other benefits.
The Rs 359 plan offers 2GB of daily data, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited calling, adding up to approximately 60GB of data for a 30-day period. The plan also comes with additional benefits such as Xstream App, Apollo 24|7 Circle, Rs 100 cashback on FASTag, free Hellotunes, and free Wynk Music. After daily data consumption, the internet speed drops to 64 Kbps.
A Good Option for High Data Users
This plan is a good option for users who need a high amount of data, but at an expensive cost. The increased validity of 1 month was introduced in response to the request from the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to introduce plans with 30-day and 1-month validities.
For Airtel customers looking for a more affordable option, the Rs 549 plan is also available. This plan offers the same benefits as the Rs 359 plan, including 2GB of daily data, but with a validity of 60 days. By subscribing to this plan, users can save Rs 169 compared to subscribing to the Rs 359 plan twice in a row.
